Today begins a new and probably short era. My wife, the lovely WillowBrow, has left her job and for now at least is playing the role of housewife while looking for new opportunities. I don’t think it will take her long to do this, but I kind of wonder how long it will be before the very different world of stay at home moms drives her nuts.
No offense to stay at home moms, but it really is a different world from all I’ve seen of it. We’ve talked about the differences on numerous occasions, but it is only now that it occurs to me that there’s no reason that those in the world of office work should completely understand those in the world of "house work" or vice versa. They’re different worlds with different rules and customs.
Okay, so now that I’ve written enough to be royally flamed, I’ll stop now!
